I'm Cherisse Waligura, CPA, and I founded 3CFO Solutions because I wanted to do something that actually mattered at a scale where I could see the impact.

I spent 35 years in corporate finance — leading financial operations at BNY Mellon, directing global accounting systems at Viatris (formerly Mylan), and starting my career at Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC). I know what good financial infrastructure looks like. I've built it at Fortune 500 companies with hundreds of legal entities, global teams, and enterprise systems.

But when my family acquired Get A Hobby, a local retail business in Uniontown, PA, I built something different — a lean, practical financial system using real-world tools: QuickBooks, Xero, Gusto, a POS system, e-commerce integrations. No SAP. No army of accountants. Just clean, connected systems that gave us a clear picture of the business at all times.

That experience changed how I think about what small businesses actually need. Not a scaled-down version of corporate finance. Something purpose-built for how small businesses actually operate.
